Before you activate
Does the membership include any product?
No. It gives you the member price on the 25 products on the list; products are ordered separately, from 3 units per product (Colon-D, from 5). Nothing ships when you activate.
Does it renew on its own?
Twelve months from the day you pay. It is one payment and it does not renew on its own: another year is another purchase. If you already have an account and sign in, you will see the “Renew automatically every year” box already ticked; untick it before paying if you do not want it to renew.
Can I return the membership or an order?
No. The membership fee is not refundable, not when you cancel and not if you never place an order. Member orders are final: they are not returned or exchanged, even if you cannot resell them, and there is no inventory buyback, so order only what you can use or sell. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it. The details are in our return and refund policy.
Can I use it just for myself and my family?
Yes. The smallest order is 3 units of one product (Colon-D, from 5), and on 18 of the 25 products those three units already save you more than the membership costs. You never have to recruit anyone: reselling and referrals are optional.

How does the $30 coupon work?
For a limited time, if you are signing up for the first time, activating your membership includes a personal coupon, sent by email, for $30 off the products in your first order at member pricing. It expires 3 days after you sign up, is single-use and non-transferable, has no minimum amount, and does not apply to shipping, taxes or the membership fee. Orders still start at 3 units per product (Colon-D, from 5). An unused coupon expires with no cash value. It is separate from the US$30 bonus you earn for each new member who joins through you.
Is there a minimum order?
Three units per product (Colon-D, from 5), and that is the whole rule. Mix as many products as you like in the same order. No monthly quota and no inventory requirement.
Do I earn a commission if I send someone to buy?
Yes. Your affiliate link pays 40% of what the customer pays, and we pick, pack and ship the order to the customer. On top of that there is a one-time US$30 bonus, paid in US dollars, for every new Wholesale member who joins through you, and 10% of everything your direct referrals buy while your membership is current.
How do I get paid?

How does shipping work?
