Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received your tracking info, reach out to us and we'll get it sorted right away.

Yes! We ship to both the United States and Mexico from our own laboratory in Puebla, Mexico. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
