How we handle your information when you use the My iEvolution mobile app.

This Privacy Policy is provided by iEvolutionPro LLC ("iEvolution," "iEvo," "we," "our," or "us") and describes how we handle personal information collected through the My iEvolution mobile application (the "App").

The App is the mobile client of the iEvolution business platform and operates under the same terms as our website at https://ievolutionclub.com. By installing or using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein. This policy supplements the iEvolution Terms & Conditions and our website Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

The App collects only the data needed to authenticate you against your existing iEvolution account and to display your business information inside the App.

1.1 Information You Provide

a. Account Credentials: Username (email) and password submitted on the login screen and transmitted over HTTPS to our backend for verification. Passwords are not stored on the device or on our servers in plain text; they are validated against the hashed credentials maintained by ievolutionclub.com.

1.2 Information We Retrieve from Your Account

a. Profile Information: Your name, last name, country, package, rank, and other business attributes — fetched from your iEvolution account and displayed inside the App.
b. Business Data: Balances, sponsored team, and affiliate links associated with your iEvolution account — read-only inside the App.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

a. Push Notification Token: A device-generated identifier provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so we can send you transactional notifications (new sponsored user, balance updates, important announcements). The token is stored by Firebase on Google infrastructure and on our backend; it is unique per device install and is regenerated when you reinstall the App.
b. Anonymous Device ID: A random identifier generated locally to associate the FCM token with your account. It is not linked to any hardware identifier or to your phone number.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not access or collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, biometrics, browsing history, or any third-party analytics data. The App does not include advertising or tracking SDKs.

How We Use Your Information

2.1 Authentication & Account Access

To verify your identity when you log in and to maintain your authenticated session within the App.

2.2 Displaying Your Business Data

To show your iEvolution profile, balances, sponsored team (genealogy), and affiliate links inside the App in real time.

2.3 Push Notifications

To send you transactional notifications related to your iEvolution business activity, such as new sponsored users, balance updates, and important announcements from the company.

2.4 Technical Diagnostics

To diagnose technical issues through server-side logs containing request metadata only (no personal content). We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks or analytics providers. The App shares information only in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Firebase Cloud Messaging

Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) processes your push notification token to deliver notifications to your device. Refer to Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details on Firebase data handling.

3.2 iEvolution Backend

Our backend is the same infrastructure that powers https://ievolutionclub.com — your data stays within the iEvolution ecosystem and is governed by our website Privacy Policy in addition to this one.

3.3 No Third-Party Trackers

The App does not integrate Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising SDK.

3.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or legal process; protect and defend the rights or property of iEvolution; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App; or protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Data Storage & Security

4.1 On Your Device

Your authenticated session token (JWT) and a snapshot of your profile are stored in the operating system's encrypted storage — Android Keystore-backed EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android, and the iOS Keychain on iOS. This data is wiped automatically when you log out or uninstall the App.

4.2 On Our Servers

Your account profile is the same record used by the website. We retain it for as long as your iEvolution account is active.

4.3 Data in Transit

All communication between the App and our backend uses TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS). API requests carry the session token in the Authorization header; no credentials are transmitted in URLs or query strings.

4.4 Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Your Rights & Choices

You may, at any time, exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:

a. Log Out: Logging out of the App removes all locally stored data (session token and cached profile snapshot).
b. Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
c. Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
d. Deletion: Request deletion of your iEvolution account and the personal data associated with it.
e. Withdraw Push Permission: Disable push notifications at any time from the system settings of your device. This stops further notifications without affecting your account.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information provided in Section 9. We respond within 30 days.

5.1 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As stated in Section 3, we do not sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adult users (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor under 18 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the information provided in Section 9.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your iEvolution account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Following account closure, we will retain your information for a reasonable grace period to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, after which your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized. Certain information may be retained for longer periods where required by law, including financial transaction records, tax documentation, and data necessary for the resolution of disputes or enforcement of our agreements.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, the revised policy will be posted at this URL and the version date at the top and bottom of this page will be updated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-App notice.
