The B vitamins act as cofactors in cellular energy production, while biotin, vitamin C and hydrolyzed collagen contribute to the nourishment of skin, hair and nails. On the antioxidant side, 100 mg of reduced glutathione, the biologically active form, joins melon powder rich in SOD, green tea extract standardized to 98% polyphenols and 50% EGCG, and 31 mg of vitamin C to help protect your cells from oxidative stress.
The 1,884 mg Proprietary Pollen Blend adds bee pollen extract, a natural source of amino acids and enzymes, and hydrolyzed collagen, which supports skin and joints, while 20 mg of natural caffeine and 52 mg of inositol work with the B complex for moderate, balanced energy. In the kit, that antioxidant layer does not stand alone: NAD+ adds 75 mg of reduced L-glutathione and 11 mg of astaxanthin, OMG-3 brings 20 mg of astaxanthin oleoresin, and 365 – Family Size delivers 80 mg of vitamin C with green tea and turmeric. The products are designed for daily, continuous use: 365 – Family Size and Daily Liver Plus list 4 to 8 weeks for their full effect, J&B Support 8 to 12 weeks for cartilage benefits, and omega-3 builds up in your cell membranes over weeks. Results vary from person to person.
Two products bring caffeine: each Pollen Boost On The Go sachet has 20 mg of natural caffeine, about 1/4 cup of coffee, and the 365 formula includes green tea, which contains caffeine. NAD+ contains no caffeine, and OMG-3, J&B Support and Daily Liver Plus contain no stimulants.
The NAD+ directions ask you not to take the capsule at the same time as coffee or other caffeine sources, so the plan places it mid-morning, apart from the breakfast drinks. If you also drink coffee or tea, keep your total caffeine under 400 mg a day. Pollen Boost On The Go is not recommended for people who are sensitive to caffeine: if that is your case, talk to your doctor before you start the kit.
