The standard routine, for a normal day without fasting or morning workouts, looks like this:

• 7:30 a.m.: 2 Fit Caps with water, 30 minutes before breakfast

The QR code in the guide also offers a morning-workout routine, an intermittent-fasting routine (Fit Caps at 7:30 a.m. while fasting, 2 Proenzi+ just before breaking the fast and SMR as your first meal around noon) and a fasting plus morning-workout routine. In every routine Fit Caps are taken in the morning and never after 2:00 p.m., and DTX Caps rest on Saturday and Sunday. SMR can also replace dinner if you prefer not to have it in the morning.

SMR (per 2-scoop serving, 40 g): 220 kcal, 22 g of protein (90% micronized whey isolate and non-fat dry milk), 505 mg of natural BCAAs (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) and 18 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1, the B complex, calcium, magnesium and 218 mg of potassium. Sweetened with stevia, natural vanilla flavor. Contains milk.

Fit Caps (per 2 capsules): L-Carnitine 300 mg, apple cider vinegar 300 mg, Fucus vesiculosus extract 100 mg, cacao 100 mg, standardized green tea extract 90 mg and guarana extract 90 mg, for a total of 63 mg of natural caffeine. Vegetable capsule.

DTX Caps (per 2 capsules): aloin-free aloe vera extract 290 mg, nopal powder 200 mg, prune extract 90 mg, tamarind extract 50 mg and magnesium from citrate 56 mg. Vegetable capsule, no stimulants.

Proenzi+ (per 480 mg capsule): three probiotic strains, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus plantarum, plus Aspergillus fungal protease, bromelain from pineapple, papain from papaya, fungal lipase, fungal lactase and alpha-galactosidase. Vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.

Nutri Slim Pack is formulated for healthy adults. It is not recommended for anyone under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with a milk allergy or severe lactose intolerance (SMR contains milk and is processed alongside soy and tree nuts).

Fit Caps contain 63 mg of natural caffeine per serving and are not recommended for people sensitive to stimulants or who experience anxiety, high blood pressure or insomnia. Fucus provides natural iodine, so talk to your doctor first if you take thyroid medication; apple cider vinegar may interact with anticoagulants. Fit Caps are meant to be cycled: 4 to 8 continuous weeks followed by 1 to 2 weeks off, and never more than 2 capsules a day.

DTX Caps are designed for short cycles: in the kit they are taken Monday to Friday, and never more than 7 consecutive days without professional supervision. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day on the days you take them: the nopal and the magnesium citrate need water to work. Consult your doctor before use if you have irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis or intestinal obstruction, and stop taking them if you have intense abdominal pain, blood in your stool, nausea, vomiting, fever or signs of dehydration, or if there is no improvement after 3 days. DTX Caps are made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat and tree nuts.

Yes, but only in Fit Caps: each 2-capsule serving contains 63 mg of natural caffeine from green tea and guarana extracts, about the amount in a small espresso, with no synthetic caffeine. SMR, DTX Caps and Proenzi+ contain no caffeine.

Health authorities recommend that healthy adults stay under 400 mg of caffeine a day. Reduce your coffee and tea while you use the kit, avoid energy drinks and other caffeinated supplements, and never take Fit Caps after 2:00 p.m. so they do not affect your sleep.

Not as a whole. Fit Caps and DTX Caps are vegan, in vegetable cellulose capsules with no artificial colors, and Proenzi+ is vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. SMR is made with whey protein isolate and non-fat dry milk, so it contains dairy and is not vegan. DTX Caps are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, so the kit is not certified gluten-free.

Store all four products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and humidity, tightly closed after each use. Drink the SMR shake within 15 minutes of preparing it, or refrigerate it for up to 24 hours; do not freeze it. Do not transfer capsules to other containers and check the expiration date on each label.
