Omega-3 Plus the Marine Antioxidant Most Fish Oils Leave Out.

Take 2 soft gels a day with a meal, swallowed with a glass of water (8–10 oz / 240–300 mL). Breakfast or dinner is ideal. Do not take it on an empty stomach: omega-3 is absorbed best alongside food that contains some fat, and taking it with a meal also reduces the chance of fishy burps.

Be consistent. Omega-3 works by gradually building up EPA and DHA in your cell membranes, which takes weeks. Do not exceed the recommended serving of 2 capsules a day.

Astaxanthin is a deep red carotenoid produced by the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis; it is the pigment that gives salmon and shrimp their color. Per serving: 8.98 calories, 0.998 g of total fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 0 mg sodium and 0 g sugars. Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light – astaxanthin is light-sensitive and fish oil can oxidize with heat. Refrigerating is optional and can help keep the oil fresh; do not freeze and do not transfer the capsules to another container. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or if the oil smells rancid.

If a capsule ever smells rancid or looks unusual in color, do not consume it and contact your distributor.
